Coffee has always been a big part of our lives. On Clarity, it’s a time to look out at the water and think big thoughts, laugh big laughs, and get lost in big dreams. Almost all the video ideas have come from a nice strong cuppa….and uploaded to the YouTubes with a few strong cups as well.

Back in Portland this summer, we met a legend in the Coffee world, Paul Thornton. Paul had roasted our favorite coffee growing up, and has since worked in all aspects of the coffee business, from sourcing, to brokerage, consulting for some of the biggest brands in the world, and roasting for a handful of select clients. Paul is a MASTER, and he is passing his knowledge on to his children who also work at the roastery. And passing some of that on to us as well. Speaking of….
